Abstract
|
|
|
The absorption of Aminopyrine Complexes such as Aminopyrine-Saccharine Complex Compound and Aminopyrine Saccharine Mixed Compound were studied in the small intestine canal of rat in situ.
The Aminopyrine-Saccharine Complex Compound when applied in rat´s small intestines resulted in accelerated absorption than Aminopyrine did, while generally inhibited absorption was observed when the Aminopyrine Saccharine Mixed compound were administered.
Considering as the results of peameability coefficient, absorption velocity constant and absorption half life, it is thought that a complex will be formed by the interaction between Aminopyrine and. Saccharine.
